NBM Terrorism Wahala

It’s true when the NBM of Africa come out out and say that every organisation has it’s “bad eggs”. In the case of the NBM it’s evident that the bag eggs very heavily out number those who could be considered “good eggs”.

Here a ‘good egg’ has taken it upon himself to form the ‘Association for Better NBM of Africa’

Speaking out against the National Head of the time and the practice of government sponsored “terrorism” by members of the NBM and describing the NBM as been involved in “one of the bloodiest” events in Edo State.

Dear National Head,

When the Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole appointed you

As a Special Adviser/Director of Youth and Social Mobilization, several of us were full of optimism and even went to make bold to disabuse the minds of other doubting Thomas who in their opinion conceive the move as bad omen for the Movement.

Our perception should not be regrettable since it was based on the fact that the same patronage was extended to top hierarchy of Eye Confraternity in the State.

If you can recollect your first assignment was to mobilize Youths and ensure that your party win Akoko House of Assembly re-run election from PDP. Fortunately and unfortunately, the said election was between your party and PDP that was contested by an old lord, a former Temple Head ju name Aslem Agabi {Lord Fayinka}even though your excuse for allowing your over 100 tugs and lords from Zones in the East to harass and lay siege to his village house with rounds of ammunitions in the eve of the election was because he was not a due paying lord. We are also aware the same Lord contributed money for several of your programmes when you newly assumed office as the National Head. That election till date is on record as one of the bloodiest in the history of such event in Edo State .

As if this was not enough, you again went and mobilize ayes from Futa Jallon and Ughelli to unleash yet another serious violence in another election in Etsako Central local government. The fortunate experience this time was that the election was purely between two lords and the level of tension was low, but we are aware of the encounter you had with the axe men you brought in from Ughelli and how they almost messed and disgraced you publicly when you refused to pay them for the mission accomplished after the election.

We are also aware the Governor gave you the sum of 5 Million naira as part of the mobilization funds, a racket you and three other lords including a former National Head presented to the Comrade Governor. To our shock and surprise you only gave 5 Thousand naira to the said former National Head.

Your violent involvement in parties politics and elections again reared it’s ugly head last week in the recently concluded ACN primaries in your Constituencies when you were once again openly seen with over 50 lords and thugs shooting and unleashing terror, a situation that showed you and your mercenaries on one side and that of our other brother on the other. Information reaching us has it that you have been more of a bodyguard than friend to the said ju man with your group of lords and temple ayes surrounding your entourage. You openly ordered your troops to embark on sporadic shooting to scare away the supporters of the Lord’s concubine with unbridled impunity.

It is no secret my National Head, that you did not deny the fact that you were openly supporting a ju man against a former National Head ju name Daniel Akhilele in the House Assembly and to make the matter worse you connived with the party leaders to the upturn the result of the said election which had earlier been announced and declared Lord Dan as the winner of the House of Assembly primary in that constituency. If you recollect my NH, our former National Head before coming out to run got your blessing and green light as a party leader and stakeholder in Esan land.  Prominent lords that were in village could not defend and clarify their ignorance of the shameful mission you were out to accomplish in Uromi, Ekpoma and environs.

If we may quote your boss the Governor of Edo State in today Punch news paper page 10, “ … I have always campaigned to our people that election is not war and that the language of democracy is ballot box and ballot paper. I don’t see any justification for anyone to carry guns to an election area”.

In line of the above we wonder if your mission is personal or your boss is only trying to deny you and your cohorts. We shall take the former because we hardly can believe Adam Oshiomhole will encourage internal violence in his party.

To cut the long story short my National Head, the purpose of this letter is to remind you of the time, funds and energy temples, zones, past National Executives and individuals lords have spent to launder the image of the Movement in good

light and your recent actions have only proved otherwise as this has completely gone down the drain and we are now subjects of ridicule by our friends, associates and non participating members we have been trying to bring back to the fore.

What moral justification my Head do you now have to preach peace and non violence to the younger ones in the Temples and Zones like Benin Zone where killing and maiming of lives has become a jamboree ?

Don’t you think, my National Head that nobody has monopoly of violence and one day that the hunter might be hunted down in the cause of any of these terrorist attacks ?,

What happens to the Movement when a National Head is gunned down in a local election?

Where has the brotherhood oath you took during initiation gone?

Why has your appointment made you a hunter of fellow axe men and not the oppressors?

Why has your appointment that would have otherwise unite the Movement creating serious division and thus tearing the Movement apart?

Why for God sake has the good office of the National Head been so dragged to mud by miscreants and thugs you use in your elections?

Why have you performed creditably well to please yourself at the expense of NBM in general ?

Aye my Head please look into these issues and have a re-think.

Long Live our Movement.

Yours faithfully,

Association for Better NBM of Africa .

Moronic and Shameless Ex-Delta House Of Assembly Candidate Reacts To Problems He Helps Create

Article: http://news2.onlinenigeria.com/latest-addition/456387-ex-delta-house-of-assembly-candidate-reacts-to-renewed-militancy.html

Hang on isn’t Mr Bemigho Eyeoyibo the former head of the Black Axe? (Yes)

Aren’t the confraternities involved in the militancy and kidnapping? (Yes)

Isn’t it then complete idiocy that we should be listening to him on the matter? (Yes)

This man should be seen as a symbol of Nigeria’s problems not a walking, talking, commentator on the matter. He was head of the mafia organisation that helped rig the elections in delta and indeed the very government of which he speaks.

Shame on the author of this article for describing him as:

1) A former candidate of the Delta state House of Assembly

2) Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Roseview Court

3) Graduate of Sociology from the Bendel State University

4) Hospitality management consultant and a business man

5) An Itsekiri born politician.

and not describing his most notable role: MAFIA CRIME BOSS

and let’s get things straight….. the hotel is his. his role of “consultant” was only devised to escape possible seizure of the hotel under the Secret Cults Prohibition Act.

and let’s also get things straight about this man’s so called political career. He was a candidate ONCE and got so few votes i’m sure he’ll never bother to come forth as a candidate again. Even the crooks in Warri didn’t vote for this cretin. He got 24 votes out of the tens of thousands of votes.

Moronic and Shameless Ex-Delta House Of Assembly Candidate , Mr Bemigho Eyeoyibo, Reacts To Problems He Helps Create:

A former candidate of the Delta state House of Assembly, Mr Bemigho Eyeoyibo, has reacted to the renewed economic sabotage of militants operating in the Niger Delta region.

Eyeoyibo, who is the managing director and Chief Executive Officer of Roseview Court (hotel and catering services), Akute, Ogun state, in an exclusive interview with Naij.com, spoke on diverse national issues.

The graduate of Sociology from the Bendel State University (Ambrose Ali University), Ekpoma, Edo state, when asked his opinion on the renewed restiveness in the Niger Delta region following the recent bombings of oil/gas pipelines, which led to the shutting down of some oil giants operating in the region, condemned the renew unrest in the area.

The hospitality management consultant and a business man described the perpetrators of the economic sabotage as overzealous.

The Itsekiri born politician, who contested last year’s House of Assembly election on the platform of the Labour Party (LP) further stated that, the government of President Muhammadu Buhari inherited a lot of mismanaged economy, mismanage society as well as mismanaged educational system.

Eyeoyibo said the sabotage was not called for at a time like this because the entire facet of our wellbeing as a nation was badly mutilated by the past administration. He expressed optimism in Buhari’s “change” mantra, saying: “I believe in the Buhari change, I believe against all odd that this man is genuine.”

He urged the perpetrators to sheathe their sword and called on his kinsmen and women not to support such ills.

“I call on all my brothers and sisters in the Niger Delta that they should not support such ills and evil, it is evil against us as Nigerians,” Eyeoyibo said.

Meanwhile, few days after the oil and gas pipelines in the Gbaramatu kingdom in Delta state, were attacked, another explosion rocked a major pipeline owned by the Nigeria Agip Oil Company in Brass local government area of Bayelsa state on Thursday, January 28.

The presidency in a reaction to the economic sabotage warned that it will deal decisively with anyone who violates the law irrespective of where the person comes from. The warning was given by the special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, on January 21, on the backdrop of the recent bombings of oil and gas pipelines in the Niger Delta region.

In a recent report disclosed that some Niger Delta youths under the aegis of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) worldwide, have announced plans to embark on a one-million protest march against President Muhammadu Buhari.

The youths are marching for alleged wrong policies against the Niger Delta region by the present administration, one of which is the planned closure of the Maritime University.

In a related development, the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has given new condition to the Federal Government in order for peace or destruction to reign.

Evil Extraordinaire

It’s always been hard to single out any one axeman as been particularly more ‘evil’ than the others.

When a group of individuals contain viscous killers, rapists, robbers, fraudsters, pedophiles, managers in the fields of human trafficking, prostitution and drug smuggling… and when a group of individuals pimp themselves out to politicians for large sums of money to rig elections, intimidate, beat and kill political opponents… and when a group of individuals stab each other, beat each other, steal from each other, kill each other and have been known to bite each other’s ears off during altercations… It would seem to hard to single out any specific individual as been any more evil than their comrades in this “glorious movement” the Neo Black Movement of Africa.

However one such member has now been singled out. Rising head and shoulders above this fellow members as a manifestation of pure and undiluted evil. A “Black Lord” so controversially evil that even some of the Neo Black Movement’s members have spoken out against the initiation of this creature into the NBM.

When killers, rapists, robbers, fraudsters and pedophiles question the character of a man you know you are dealing with a creature like the devil.

When the same killers, rapists, robbers, fraudsters and pedophiles equate the individual in question to be “in the class of Idi Amin, Hitler, Saddam, our Abacha and IBB, Campoare, whitemen who came to Africa to ship away our brothers” you are undoubtedly dealing with: “Evil Extraordinaire’.

This is an NBM member who is not responsible for the deaths of 200, 2000 or even 20,000 innocent people. This highly acclaimed Noe Black Movement member had a hand in the killing of over 200,000 people.

He is one of the most notorious war lords in African history: Prince Yormie Johnson

The initiation of Prince Johnson into the NBM invoked mixed feelings within the organisation. Some were disgusted and protested furiously. However some were impressed to have such a notorious, fearsome and savage killer in their midst.

Ike Bobby Onwubuya of the NBM London Zone rushed to defend the inclusion of this tyrant:

Ike Bobby Onwubuya

“You have to be objective sometimes. Yormie Johnson has never been convicted of any war crimes. He is not even wanted by any war crimes tribunal. He was voted as an independent candidate in a free and relatively fair election” – Ike Bobby Onwubuya (also known as Lord Haile Selassie) of the NBM London Zone.

To scrutinize the value of Ike Bobby Onwubuya’s words it’d require taking some of his advice: “be objective”

If we are to “be objective” we should examine some of the history of Prince Yormie Johnson. Not omit the facts relating to his brutality in favour of simply pointing out Prince Yormie Johnson “has never been convicted of any war crimes”. So let’s go a little deeper than Ike Bobby Onwubuya chooses to go.

In order to understand how Prince Yormie Johnson came to be so infamous, how he came to Nigeria and how he not only crossed paths with the NBM but became a member… it is necessary to understand a little history about him and some of other notable characters in his orbit along and also the geo-political and corrupt backdrop that envelops their history.

These characters are: 1) William R. Tolbert, Jr. 2) Samuel Doe 3) Thomas Quiwonkpa 4) Charles Taylor 5) Former Preseident of Nigeria: Sani Abacha and lastly of course 6) NBM member Prince Yormie Johnson.

1) William R. Tolbert, Jr

tolbert

Born May 13th 1913 Tolbert was the 20th President of Liberia from 1971 until his murder in 1980. He abandoned the foreign policy initiates of his predecessor William Tubman (who held a “strong pro-West foreign policy”) and sought greater political independence for Liberia. This saw him establish diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union, People’s Republic of China, Cuba, and several other Eastern Bloc countries. This, it should go without saying, was not to the liking of the United States of America. To add insult to injury Tolbert brought into question the “24-hour-Right” for the U.S. military to use Liberia’s airspace and severed Liberia’s ties with Israel and spoke in favour of recognising national rights of the Palestinian people.

An ideal candidate to be subject to ‘regime change’

On April 12th 1980, the day of the coup d’état, Tolbert was savagely murdered and reportedly “disemboweled in his bed while he slept”. Evidence given in 2008 before a Truth and Reconciliation Commission by Doe’s former justice minister, Councillor Chea Cheapoo, alleged the American CIA had provided the map of the Executive Mansion, enabling the rebels to break into it; that it was a white American CIA agent who shot and killed Tolbert.

In the following days Tolbert’s government ministers were rounded up, arrested and summarily executed.

2) Samuel Doe –

Secretary of Defense Caspar W. Weinberger hosts Armed Forces Full Honors Arrival Ceremony for His Excellency, Commander in Chief Samuel Kanyon Doe, Head of State of the Republic of Liberia outside the Pentagon's River entrance.

Born May 6th 1951 Samuel Kanyon Doe was the 21st President of Liberia following the assassination of his predecessor William R. Tolbert, Jr.

Upon becoming President Samuel Doe suspended the constitution which enabled him to free a number of prisoners detained under the Tolbert regime. It also enabled him to process 91 officials of the former regime in military courts without jury trial and any legal representation. His early tenure is marked by the resulting mass executions.

Samuel Doe, been of an minority ethnic group, was not greatly popular. However his foreign policy would see him acquire friends in high places. Not least within the United States government. He realigned Liberia with the west and severed links to the Soviet Union. He reopened ports to US, Canadian and European ships and even granted “staging rights on 24-hour notice at Liberia’s sea and airports for the U.S. Rapid Deployment Forces””

This made him very popular with the USA and an ideal candidate to remain in power. At least while he served a purpose.

In 1984 he abandoned a policy of military rule in the country, announced presidential elections and proposed himself as one of the candidates. The election was heavily rigged; Doe had the ballots taken to a secret location and 50 of his own handpicked staff counted them. Foreign observers (except the USA) declared the elections fraudulent. It is also alleged that he changed his official birth date from 1951 to 1950 in order to meet the new constitution’s requirement that the president be at least 35 years old. Doe was formally sworn in on January 6, 1986.

Doe’s corrupt and repressive government became even more repressive shutting down newspapers and banning political activity. The government’s mistreatment of certain ethnic groups would soon lead to the first Liberian civil war.

Doe would later be captured, tortured, killed (and eaten) at the hands of none other than: Prince Yormie Johnson

3) Thomas Quiwonkpa –

lib6

Thomas Quiwonkpa was born 1955. At the age of 16 he joined Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL). His career saw him start in a lowly position in the army’s records department. However Quiwonkpa was destined for bigger things (although arguable not better). He gained great prestige within the Doe administration for his part in the 1980 coup. Following the execution of the military commanders under the Tolbert administration in April 1980 by May Quiwonkpa saw himself a major general and made the new AFL commander.

In 1983 differences between him and the president surfaced. He was demoted, accused of plotting to overthrow Doe and had to flee the country.

In 1985 Quiwonkpa returned to Liberia with a group of heavily armed men and attempted a coup against Doe. Commentators at the time attribute USA support for Doe as the main reason the coup failed.

Doe initiated revenge attacks against the Gio and Mano ethnic groups in Quiwonkpa’s Nimba County. This resulted in many thousands of deaths, international concern of ‘genocide’ and contributed to the later onset of the First Liberian Civil War.

Following the failure Quiwonkpa was captured, killed, his body mutilated and eaten.
4) Charles Taylor –

lib7

Born 28th January 1948 in Arthington, a town near Monrovia, Liberia. In 1977 Taylor earned a degree at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States.

He supported the 1980 uprising by Doe and won the position of Director General of the General Services Agency (GSA), a position that left him in charge of purchasing for the Liberian government. He was caught embezzling nearly one million USD and fled to the USA. He was arrested on 21 May 1984 by US Deputy Marshals in Somerville, Massachusetts. However On 15 September 1985 whilst awaiting awaiting the conclusion of his extradition hearing he managed, mysteriously, to escape from the high security prison he was been held:  Plymouth County Correctional Facility.

Notably in respect to his escape Charles Taylor claimed that “US CIA agents had helped him escape from the maximum security prison in Boston in 1985”. Which would seem outrageous if it wasn’t for a later freedom of information disclosure from the US Pentagon confirming his ties with US intelligence services. The Defence Intelligence Agency admitted: “Mr Taylor first started working with US intelligence in the 1980s, the period when he rose to become one of the world’s most notorious warlords”.

It is thought upon, again mysteriously, escaping from the USA he fled to Libya where he trained under Muammar Gaddafi. Taylor left Libya and traveled to Ivory Coast where he formed the National Patriotic Front of Liberia (NPFL). In December 1989, Taylor launched an armed uprising from the Ivory Coast into Liberia to overthrow the Doe regime, leading to the First Liberian Civil War.

Taylor had captured most of Liberia by 1990 using his Gaddafi-funded war machine. However one man stood in his path and prevented him from attaining a full victory. That man was one of his senior commanders Prince Yormie Johnson who broke away from the NPFL and formed his own rebel group: Independent National Patriotic Front of Liberia (INPFL)

Taylor served as president of Liberia 1997-2003 after the First Liberian Civil War. In 2003 under mounting international and domestic pressure he escaped to exile in Nigeria. He was later returned (after been captured at the Cameroon border with a land rover full of cash and heroin) to Liberia and forwarded to Sierra Leone where he stood trial for his role in the Sierra Leone Civil War. Ultimately charged on 11 counts of crimes against humanity, war crimes and other serious violations of international humanitarian law: 1) terrorism, 2) murder, 3) Violence to life, health and physical or mental well-being of persons, in particular murder. 4) Rape 5) Sexual slavery and any other form of sexual violence 6) Outrages upon personal dignity 7) Violence to life, health and physical or mental well-being of persons, in particular cruel treatment 8) Other inhumane acts 9) Conscripting or enlisting children under the age of 15 years into armed forces or groups, or using them to participate actively in hostilities 10) Enslavement and 11) Looting and Pillaging.

He is currently serving a 50 year sentence in the United Kingdom.

5) Sani Abacha –

lib17

Born 20th September 1943. Abacha was born in Kano, Nigeria. He attended the Nigerian Military Training College and after graduating from Mons Officer Cadet School in Aldershot, England in 1963 he was commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant. Abacha’s military career is most notable for a long string of successful coups. He is regarded as the “the most successful coup plotter in the history of Nigeria’s military”. In 1990, Abacha became the first Nigerian soldier to attain the rank of a full General without skipping a single rank.

On 17th November 1993 Abacha seized power in Nigeria and installed himself as President. He served in this role from 1993 to 1998. Although his term at the time was seen as positive (mainly due to the country’s economic improvement under his leadership) it was later marred with evidence of enormous amounts of corruption and human right abuses.

Investigations after his death by British, Swizz and US authorities estimated that Abacha had looted no less than $2.2 billion USD (although later estimated to be between 2 and 5 billion USD) from Nigerian State funds into offshore banks accounts in Britain, United States, Jersey and Switzerland.

The Swizz in 1999 froze nearly half a billion USD traced to been held in Swizz bank accounts and it was declared ”The greater part of these assets are obviously of criminal origin,”. The British authorities were able to identify 1.3 billion USD of funds that had been handled by British banks but were, in the most part, unable to determine the final location of these funds. In 2002, Abacha’s family agreed to return $1.2 billion that was stolen from the central bank. The US Sate Department announced in 2014 it had frozen $458 million USD also of criminal origin relating to Abacha’s term as president.

Abacha’s exploits would later see him ranked 4th in a list of the world’s most corrupt leaders.

Prince Yormie Johnson

lib13

Prince Yormie Johnson was born 6th July 1952 in Tapeta, Nimba County in the middle east of Liberia. He was raised by an uncle in the capital city of Monrovia. In 1971 at the age of 19 he joined the Liberian National Guard (LNG) where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant and participated in military training in the USA. His brutal attitude enabled him to become the personal assistant and right hand man of Thomas Quiwonkpa, the Commanding General of the Armed Forces of Liberia. Thomas Quiwonkpa later attempted a coup in 1985 against the 21st President of Liberia – Samuel Doe.

Thomas Quiwonkpa coup attempt failed and he was killed and eaten.

Later in 1985 another important figure emerged in an attempt to seize power from Samuel Doe: Charles Taylor.

Prince Yormie Johnson was a senior commander under Charles Taylor during the First Liberian Civil War. In 1990 he created a break-away group ‘Independent National Patriotic Front of Liberia (INPFL)’. This splinter group denied Charles Taylor his complete victory by seizing control of Liberia’s capital city Monrovia in the summer of 1990.

In September 1990 Johnson and his men stormed the HQ of the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) in Monrovia and abducted president Samuel Doe. Johnson then presided over the torture, mutilation and eventual execution of Doe. This disturbing act of barbarism was captured on film and shows Johnson calmly been fanned by his wife and sipping a budweiser whilst his men cut off Doe’s ear.

Further instances of Johnson’s barbarism are evident during the First Liberian Civil War. Many call for him to sent to the Hague for war crimes for his part in the killing of thousands of innocent men, woman and children during his ruthless campaign. Included in those killings were aid workers helping those effected by the civil war.

He proclaimed himself Liberia’s president but this didn’t last for long. Under increasing pressure from rebels loyal to Charles Taylor he eventually fled to the safety of Nigeria.

It is here in Nigeria he made several controversial alignments. One with Sani Abacha with whom he became personal friend (as he did also with fellow human rights abuser and murderer Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida) and another with ‘The Neo Black Movement of Africa’ who initiated him secretly as a member.

nbm
Prince Yormie Johnson and The Neo Black Movement of Africa

Many people who examine the NBM (and this includes even it’s own members) see the NBM has a hierarchical system with three distinct tiers. The first tier is at temple of level (the ‘ayes’ in the university temples). The second tier is that of the Lords at Zonal level. The third tier consists of the National Leadership/Government. This contains the National Head – Oritsebemigho Eyeoyibo and the National Executive Council of Elders (NEXCO).

However there exists one further tier – The 4th Tier.

The 4th Tier is the most secretive of all. This tier consists of the most influential, powerful, corrupt and dangerous members of the NBM. These members are initiated in secret and their membership is often kept undisclosed from many of the NBM’s own members. Such 4th Tier members include members of the federal government, other high ranking government officials, members of the judiciary and law enforcement, high ranking business and banking officials and an assortment of other powerful and dangerous criminals.

Following the arrests this year (2015) in Edo State of many cultists it was these ‘4th tier’ members that came to the aid of the NBM. The Attorney General no less stepped in and ensured the release of many high profile NBM members.

Another such powerful member of the NBM is the former Liberian Warlord: Prince Yormie Johnson

He was initiated (‘blended’) in secret into the NBM some time prior to 2006 after attending a Neo Black Movement convention in 2004 held in Asaba.

His membership was received by mixed feeling within the NBM. Although the leadership saw the advantages of having such a barbaric, evil and powerful character in their organisation. Some members started voicing their objections:

“Prince Johnson is an illeterate criminal. He should be in the gallows. This is the beginning of a new era for NBM.What we are trying to instill is discipline, civility, good conduct. Celebrating a violent criminal like “pastor” prince Johnson is not what NBM is about. Discussing the issue that led to the Liberia crisis for all axemen to learn from would have been more beneficial. This can misled axemen especially those on campus to honor idiots like pastor prince Johnson as a great African leader”

“My Lord na on
this forum last year the whole debate come out say dem don blend Yomi
Johnson as axeman and the divergent views that followed including people
praising those who were responsible for him becoming an Axeman.

My Lord unfortunately he was blended last year by the powers that be and
even attended the 2004 Convention in Asaba.”

“So that murderer is an axeman. If I’m made the national head, my first assignment will be to deaxe the criminal immediately and also those who initiated him.”

“I think this issue should be taking to the national convention in march or to the national COE, I know they will not do nothing about it.”

“You are right! we should talking about responsible people in NBM of today not people like yomi johnson.”

“Yomi Johnson that lunatic who butchered Samuel Doe.It is important to state here that I’m not in support of Samuel Doe. Yomi and Sammy are both murderers and disgrace to humanity. They are in the class of Idi Amin, Hitler, Saddam, our Abacha and IBB, Campoare, whitemen who came to Africa to ship away our brothers and multinational companies like Shell, Chevron etc who are conniving with our political “misfit” to loot our wealth”

“You have to be objective sometimes. Yormie Johnson has never been convicted of any war crimes. He is not even wanted by any war crimes tribunal. He was voted as an independent candidate in a free and relatively fair election.” –  Ike Bobby Onwubuya (also known as Lord Haile Selassie) of the NBM London Zone.

“Haile Selassie,

I should be objective all the times not sometimes.I’m objective all the times. You said”Yormie Johnson has never been convicted of any war crimes.” So what?Does that justify his  crime against humanity. You said “Yormie Johnson has never been convicted of any war crimes.” When does getting away with crime justify the crime itself? Our jail are filled with less than 1% of those who deserve to be there.Does that make the other 99% innocent. Its this type of twisted argument that makes the IBB’s of this world think they are being persecuted when genuine calls are made for them to be thrown behind bars instead of seeking for vote from his victims.

You poured out “He was voted as an independent candidate in a free and relatively fair election.” Yes he was “voted”. Read my last posting on the low of democracy, I didn’t read your posting before I did that.Democracy has been hijacked by thugs in Africa, some axemen are thugs in Benin. In Europe and USA democracy is controlled by special interest group and the “tyranic” majority.

Prince Yomi Johnson is a criminal. He is not qualified to be an axeman and should be deaxed immediately. That’s being objective and fair to all especially the few good people in NBM.”

“The national head of Nbm is bigger than Edo state government even the president of Nigeria….. Nbm electorial system is challenged, it is most like to produce Prince Yomi Johnson the butcher of Monrovia as national head over our founder Ibm Godidi the saddest.”

“Those who initiated Prince Yomi Johnson were only thinking of their personal benefit either in terms of ego, money or power. If I’m the national head, I’ll work for his deaxeation and tell the world we are reformed and peaceful. whereas Yomi is a criminal, symble of violence.Iniatiatin g Yomi is a bad PRO for NBM. Expelling him and making it public will be a very good PRO.”

“personalities like criminal Prince Johnson, our selfish national head, and some moronic ayes whose only qualification is their ill gotten wealth and ability to do evil.”

“The head should not steal the movement money and should not allow any officer to steal our money. He should be ready to “mass-deaxe” all criminal axemen especially murderer Yomi Johnson”

“I initiated Jones, was my ideal axeman.I deliberately made sure we shared the same axe name.He told me he is instrumental to the initiation of that Liberian monster Prince Johnson, for that I’ll not support him.”
“Deaxe murderers like Prince Johnson, many more that are not qualified to be axemen.”
“The movement have initiated people with shady characters and  criminals in the past like Prince Johnson of Liberia and Apa of Nigeria, and even Ogboni members. We’ve seen the rise of criminals to the highest position of authority as head and chairman ncoe.”

“If it is true that Ajakaiye eat someone’s ear, then he is an animal in the mode of his fellow “axeman” Prince Johnson of Liberia that animal who was not satisfied with killing a fellow human being chop off his ear and penis and made him to eat it.They are both axemen, cannibals are members of Neo Black Movement courtesy of greedy leaders on Nbm.”

“The only reason while Prince Johnson was initiated is to boast their ego- we have a killer in our mist”
The Neo Black Movement should look to change their motto given the inclusion of the warlord Prince Johnson
From: “an eye for an eye” to maybe “an ear for an ear”
Or maybe more fitting: “the make an evil omelette you have to blend some bad eggs”

Unhappy NBM Member – Part 5

An unhappy NBM member expresses his displeasure at seeing Dr Mayor providing NBM members as “thugs and killers” to the Edo State government:

1. Integrity in my small brain means a man that do not have double standards.
a. The use of Police to arrest ayes and beat up those that have different political views and aspiration from the Mayor and His Godfather Kpelebe. When as a Benin Zonal Head he ordered that an aye be played for inviting the police to investigate a robbery in his house involving another aye.
1. Edo wimpy and co were beaten up in GRA while holding a meeting
2. Hon Mathew AN OBOTE LORD  arrested and detained ayes and put them in prison in ogba Under mayors regime
3. The use of ayes to settle land disputes in Benin, leading to the death of one of them
4. The beating up of the eslewhile benin zonal head by ayes from FJ while mayor was in benin and nothing was done, but he was quick to beat up wimpy for hold a meeting of ayes.
5. The burning of the Benin Arena Under his regime and nothing was done.but he is quick to arrest ayes with Police.
6. His immature appearance and disgraceful speech he made with Prof Wale Soyinka on CNN with the colllaboration of Kpelebe.
7. The use of Ayes as Political thugs in EDO state.
8. Explain to me, How a Man that is not from Edo State has an Official Car from the Edo state govt. (Please do not insult me by saying it is a rumour because I saw it.)
9.How come Mayor has so many lands in Benin, this is why He is referred to in benin as 200 BY 200.  Call Benin from your base in Japan and ask
IF it takes the wisdom of korofo to actualise dreams In NBM, we have given mayor two years to try but his failure is there for all to see. Please name the achievements of Mayor in the past two years.
All the politcal appoints we had before he came on board we are losing, can’t even win nominations anymore and he is suppose to be pursuing a politcal agenda.
What has mayor done to warrant a re-election, NOTHING. why do they want him back. I will explain.
In Edo state politics, It is lucky vrs Anenih. On the two sides of the camp are Lords of the NBM , On one side is Mayor (lucky) on the other side is EPA Francis. The politicians wants to control NBM for the thugs Mayor have been suppling and using to collect vast amounts of money from the government thru kpelebe. They feel without Mayor as NH, it will be difficult to get these ready army of thugs. while the other camp is fighting to install their own candidate to provide an NH that will do what mayor has been doing for lucky thru kpelebe.
NBM has become a supplier of thugs and killers , that is why when they want to give political appoints to lords, it is either CH of Motor parks or agency responsible for towing vehincles or collection of tolls in markets. Do your research!
Mayor and His cohorts are a disgrace to NBM, lets get a fresh person to move this Movement in the right direction.Lets get someone outside the NCOE and present Nexco to pilto the movement in the next two years.
Omar Bongo, Mantennasa, Roxy, Idemudia, many many more lords that have stayed away because of the disgrace Mayor has brought this movement into.

Unhappy NBM Member – Part 4

Lord Jambarama illustrates the problem of NBM conducting political thuggery. Misses the point though of why the NBM leadership will never stamp this problem out…. They are the ones been paid by the politicians to instrumentalise it as a tool.

The words of Lord Jambarama:

The national body should actually have a firm control of the movement. This is not the stage for lazy leadership. There should be very close monitoring of the temples.I’ve earlier suggested when suspend the temples and reorganize it for the benefit of the movement, the temples and the individual ayes in the temples.Society mirror us more through the activities of temple ayes than lords in zones. It is easier for temples to rubbish all the good work we’ve done than zones. The temples are more visible and irrational in their actions than the zones.
We should realize that most of them are still very young and “hot”.They look up to us for guidance, where they don’t get it,they do whatever they like.Whereever, they is a vacuum it will be filled.
What should be our roles as individuals to fix the problems in the movement? What should be our collective role? What should be the role of the leadership that is constituted at the zonal and national levels.
It is difficult to work in isolation. It is good, but its not good enough,it is not effective enough. It is slow.Leadership comes in here.We need leadership,we’ ve voted and the leadership has been constituted. The leadership must direct us us on what to do,the leadership must motivate us,the leadership must take the drivers seat on all issue,I repeat on all issues. There are ways you do it,DELEGATED POWER and the use of committees. This government must involve all axemen,we work for free with dedication.
Lets be practical here.Lets discuss just one problem here:Involvement of ayes political thuggery.
Step 1:A responsible national leadership should acknowledge the problem exist.
Step 2:The leadership should indicate its willingness to fix the problem.
Step 3:The leadership should set up a committee of less than a dozen lords/ayes to come up with suggesstions on how to fix the problem.
Step 4:The leadership should give the tools and terms of reference to the committee to get the job done and also when to submit their report.
The committe will get a lot of resources by visiting some temples especially the most troubled ones, nbm cyber forums, and individual ayes that are willing to contribute to the discuss. The leadership will get this problem fix within 3 months.
The same strategy should be applied to the numerous nbm problems.Including a committee set up find what the most fundamental problems of the movement are.Our movement have the most sophisticated and educated people in the world,we are resourse people in various field. We have to tap this and put it to our own benefit and the benefit of our society in general.
When you go about trying to fix problems yourself without the backing of the constituted authorities, your move will be misinterpreted and you expose yourself to cheap blackmail by a lazy leadership.
We are trying to do things in another way, in this era of “benefit of doubt”.We are trying to fix things through constituted authorities. We’ve decided to play from inside to see how things will work.We want to fix from vantage position. Our goals remain the same, our strategy has changed because we want to respect the views of majority. But, we realized that most times the majority is a mob, always wrong.I don’t blame those who support electoral college. However, majority has spoken we must comform. We have to join hands together to make our great movement thicker.

Unhappy NBM Member – Part 1

Some views on the Neo Black Movement courtesy of one it’s less happy (brainwashed members).

This is his views on the relationship between the NBM and the government in Nigeria.

Some great quotes:

“only in Nigeria such monumental corruption and conflict of interest can take place”

“we celebrate criminals and ridicule good people”

“NBM is in the side of the oppressors and criminals in Nigeria”

“NBM hate the poor, they join with the rulers to rape democracy and cheat the people”

“NBM is now a hate group without direction, we continue to fight a useless cult war instead of challenging the corrupt leadership at all levels in Nigerian.”

“NBM…. are there doing nothing, pretending to be doing something”

Again thank you for your effort to show ayes the direction to go.It ridiculous, only in Nigeria such monumental corruption and conflict of interest can take place. Its a shame. But sometimes I begin to wonder if Nigerians deserve what they  are getting. We seems to be cool with it, we celebrate criminals and ridicule good people.
This is the same thing going on in the movement. NBM is in the side of the oppressors and criminals in Nigeria, the ruling PDP.NBM hate the poor, they join with the rulers to rape democracy and cheat the people. They enable corruption by taking side with the oppressors and keeping silent when our country is duped my few cowards who parade themselves as leaders.
NBM is now a hate group without direction, we continue to fight a useless cult war instead of challenging the corrupt leadership at all levels in Nigerian.
The pyrate did the right thing. They are on the side of the poor. For many years now, they’ve been very consistent.Nigeria has been bought by a small clique led by Obasanjo, the pyrate spoke out again it, they spoke from the top.The Professor who signed the document is the national leader of the pyrate confraternity, he is “mayor” of the PC, not a “rebellous Jambarama”.Some members of the movement told jambarama to “act instead of talking” when he asked the national leadership to do exactly what the pyrates are doing right now. What impact would it had have if the press release by the pyrate was done by an individual member or a branch? The position of the national leadership of pyrate on the issue is very clear, the ideal way for individual members of the PC, their branch or zone or affiliates to “act” is to reecho what the national leadership has directed. But in NBM it is different.Mayor and the NCOE are there doing nothing, pretending to be doing something, sitting on the progress or growth of the movement, struggling to get crumps from the stinking pdp leadership, equating success to number and individual political success that does more harm than good to the movement.
Take a deep breadth, reflect on what the ideas of the movement are.Reflect on the press release by the pyrates.Put both together, see if the pyrate’s press release is against or for what we stand for on paper.
If I’m the national leader of NBM, I’ll make a press statement immediately as a follow-up to the pyrate’s press release congratulating them for the release, pledging the support of the nbm, and I’ll go further warning the government not to underextimate our resolve against corruption and cheating of Nigerians and I’ll conclude by asking the government to return companies back to Nigeria.
I admire the present leadership of pyrate confraternity than the present leadership on nbm. However, I still believe our present short sighted, selfish leaders will one day give way for selfless visionary leaders.
Omar Bongo thank you.You are one great aye I’ll like to meet soon.

10 Reasons Not to Allow Cultists Into Government

infographic-10

1. The Maina Pension Scam: There was a probe into pension funds that affected about 141,790 pensioners. Abdulrasheed Maina, the Chairman of Pension Reform Task Team, was accused of looting N195billion.

The Senate set up a committee to investigate the matter. During investigation, Mr. Maina alleged that Aloysius Etuk, representing Akwa Ibom State, demanded $100,000 dollars from him as bribe. A former director of pension in the office of the Head of Service of the Federation, Sani Shuaibu Teidi, who was prosecuted along with 31 others, also alleged that Mr. Etuk and other members of the committee collected a bribe of N3 billion from him. Although the Senate seemed furious about the allegation, it did not take decisive steps to investigate.

The National Assembly also did not push the executive hard enough to implement its report on the pension scam and punish offenders.

2. Kerosene subsidy scam: The kerosene scam is considered monumental fraud by the average Nigerian. Kerosene, which is supposed to be sold for N50 to consumer, sells for between N100 and N120 per litre. Many years after a presidential directive ended subsidy for kerosine, the NNPC claimed it had continued to subsidise the product.

Yet, Nigerians are not benefiting from the subsidy as the product sells for far above the official price at the pumps. Several billion naira are believed to have been stolen under the guise of kerosine subsidy. The National Assembly made a feeble attempt to get to the root of the matter. But it issued no indictment and did not take concrete steps to resolve the matter. No official of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, and the petroleum ministry have been sanctioned over the matter.

3. Police Pension Fund Fraud: Five people, including fa ormer Director of Police Pension Fund, Esai Dangabar, were accused of misusing N32.8billion from the Police Pension Fund. Mr. Dangabar accused some committee members of the Senate of benefiting from the loot. The senate denied the allegation without ordering an investigation. The world may never know whether indeed the Senate joint Committee on Establishment and Public Service Matter, and State and Local Government Affairs indeed took bribes from the pension thieves.

4. Stella Oduah: Before her removal as Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah was embroiled in a N255 million armoured car scandal. She was accused of abusing her office by compelling an agency under her ministry to buy her expensive cars. The House of Representatives has so far failed to release a detailed report of its investigation into the matter. Although Ms. Oduah was later dropped as minister, other officials involved in the matter remained untouched till date.

Recently, a Federal High Court in Abuja granted Media Rights Agenda (MRA) leave to apply for an order to compel the House to furnish it with transcripts of the proceedings of the House Committee on Aviation at the hearing of the Committee on the procurement of the two bulletproof BMW cars by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) through Messrs Coscharis Motors Limited.

5. Missing N20billion Naira oil money: In 2013, a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Lamido Sanusi, alleged that the NNPC failed to remit billions of naira in oil proceeds to the state. This caused a huge rift between the CBN governor and President Goodluck Jonathan, leading to the president suspending Mr. Sanusi from office.

The National Assembly investigated the matter but was unable to bring it to closure.

6. $15million private jet/arms scandal: A private jet conveyed $15million in cash to Johannesburg for a purported arms deal between Nigeria and a South African firm. That deal seriously embarrassed Nigeria, but the National Assembly failed to investigate. Attempts by lawmakers of the All Progressives Congress to table the matter at the House of Representatives were frustrated by their Peoples Democratic Party’s counterparts.

7. Abba Morro Immigration Scandal: Despite the death of over 15 individuals who went to write entrance examinations into the Nigerian Immigration Service on March 13, 2015, the Minister of Interior, Abba Morro, has remained in office. Before the entrance test, candidates were made to pay N1,000 for application forms. A private company, Drexel Nig Ltd, was also implicated in the recruitment scam.

Although federal lawmakers commenced investigation into the incident, nothing has been heard of the matter ever since. Nigerians suspect cover-up, especially because the minister involved, Mr. Morro, is a core loyalist of David Mark, the President of the Senate, who doubles as the Chairman of the National Assembly.

8. Malabu Oil Scandal: This was one of the biggest oil scandals that did not receive the kind of attention it deserves. It involves a former Petroleum minister, Dan Etete, who was convicted in France for money laundering.

His illegal company, Malabu Oil, received an illegal $1.1million from the Nigerian government as proceeds for the sale of an oil block. Upon receipt, the money was immediately disbursed to certain individuals.

The National Assembly is yet to bring this matter, which involves officials of the presidency, ministers and business people, to closure. There appears to be attempts to cover up the matter.

9. Ekiti Gate: A leaked tape of the alleged electoral malpractices during the gubernatorial election in Ekiti State caused a major stir in the country. Four principal characters were heard discussing how to manipulate the election. The voices were those of former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro; the Minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan; former Deputy governor of Osun state, Iyiola Omisore, and the eventual winner of the election and current governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose. Despite the huge evidence in the public domain, the Presidency said it would not investigate the matter.

The National Assembly has failed to investigate the matter, which is clearly a major assault on our democracy. Mr. Obanikoro indeed went ahead to receive a National Assembly approval for ministerial appointment.

10. Farouk Lawan: House of Representatives member, Farouk Lawan, was caught on tape collecting $620,000 out of a $3million bribe while his committee investigated the fuel subsidy scam. He was seen collecting the money from oil mogul, Femi Otedola.

The House of Representative referred the bribery allegation to its committee on ethics. But no report has been issued till date.

2016 Edo State Elections – Road to War.

As the 2016 Edo State elections approach in Edo State tensions are at boiling point and violence is a daily occurrence. I see two major factors in the rise in murders and other violent incidents

  1. Adams Oshiomhole policy of keeping his enemies close (instead of attempting to defeat it)
  2. Inter and Internal political violence (parties warring with each other and also warring within themselves)

Both of these factors have two things in common:

  1. Corruption
  2. Cultism

Adams Oshiomhole. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer.

Adams Oshiomhole was elected as Edo State’s 9th Governor. He was preceded by 6 military administrations (starting with John Ewerekumoh Yeri upon the creation of Edo State in 1991 and ending with Anthony Onyearugbulem who handed over Governorship of the State into civilian hands in 1999) and two entirely corrupt civilian Governorships comprising firstly of Lucky Igbinedion (who ran two terms from 1999 to 2007 and who got away with the embezzlement of $26,000,000 USD thanks to a phone call from his Father to the powers that be) and Oserheimen Osunbor whose Governorship was overturned due to “massive rigging and other election malpractices as well as widespread thuggery and violence”. Oserheimen Osunbor’s Governorship summarily nullified by the courts and his position duly handed over to Adams Oshiomhole who has been Governor since 2008 . His second and final term set to end in 2016.

Despite the seat of power been wrestled from Lucky Igbinedion’s PDP party’s hands into the hands of the ACN party Lucky Igbinedion’s corrupt administration never actually lost power. Under the guise of the political pressure group “The Grace Group” the PDP suffered a multitude of high profile defections from the losing PDP party into the ACN’s Edo State Government. Therefore meaning that despite the exclusion of Lucky Igbinedion himself the corrupt and ill-functioning PDP administration, despite the people’s wishes, effectively remained in power.

“The Grace Group” that was the political trojan horse of these defections and was established even with corrupt funding. Chief Osaro Idah funding the establishment of the “The Grace Group” using funds effectively stolen from Bendel Brewery leaving it with a whopping 1.2 billion Naira ($6,000,000 USD) debt to Intercontinental Bank. Chief Osaro Idah didn’t mind though and left as General Manager of the brewery to take up the position of ACN Edo State Secretary.

This was far from the only notable switch of the role. “The Grace Group” facilitated the following defections from the PDP back into government:

Became: ACN Edo State Chairman

Chief Lucky James

So although it may seem like Adams Oshiomhole was getting into bed with the enemy (his PDP rivals and the criminals and cultists which formed the Lucky Igbinedion administration) it should be more seen as his enemies buying their way into bed with him.

Under this backdrop of corruption, betrayal and power seizing it is of no surprise internal enemies would start to bare on down on Governor Adams Oshiomhole. He was subject to assassination attempts on him and his staff. Including the killing of his Principal Private Secretary Olaitan Oyerinde and an attack on Oshiomhole’s motorcade in 2012 which left 3 journalists dead.

It is under such brutal pressure that I believe Governor Adams Oshiomhole adopted his strategy of keeping his friends close but his enemies closer. He enacted several dubious and deplorable actions. Which if he hadn’t he may not still be alive today. Such actions as employing hired killers like Tony Kabaka (Tony Adun) and his mafia boss uncle Bob Izua (Chief Osamede Adun) for the purposes of “revenue collection” (extortion through the company ‘Akugbe Ventures’)  and actions like forming the ‘Rainbow Consolidated Forum’. The ‘Rainbow Consolidated Forum’ bringing together all Edo’s major cult groups under one umbrella (Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s umbrella) under the guise of his intent to use them to stamp out the murders, rapes, robberies and kidnappings (they were committing). The ‘Rainbow Consolidated Forum’ consisted of the murderers, rapists, armed robbers and kidnappers that were the Neo Black Movement, the Maphites, Eiye Confraternity and the Norsemen etc etc.

Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s leaving office in 2016 will see the most brutal political violence Edo State has ever seen as the power mongers try to kill and buy their way into power. It most certainly has already started and continues to get worse week by week. According to one worried political commentator “Edo people say that more than 95% of the members of Edo House of Assembly (EDHA) belong to one violent cult group or the other. As a result, these different malicious cult groups have hijacked the Government House in a struggle to get their members in key government positions all over the state”

Below are visualisations showing an increase of violent incidents in Edo State between Jan 2012 to June 2015 (Data courtesy of http://global.fundforpeace.org/)

(one criticism I have of the FFP’s  ‘2015 Conflict Bulletin’ is that they differentiate between cult violence and political violence with no acknowledgement or perhaps understanding that they are one in the same thing… there is also the small matter of calling the ‘Maphite’ cult: “Manflight” which although a humorously ironic typo is another inaccuracy of the report)

Additional thanks to SIMON EBEGBULEM for his incredulous reporting of events in and around Benin and in fact to all those who dare to speak out and report what is occurring in Edo State.

Benin Zone Wahala

Nigeria, effectively a lawless and dis-functioning failed nation (aside from functioning for those who pervert it’s functionality) is a country that can demonstrate a level beyond that of simple ‘corruption’.
It is a country where corruption itself is able to be corrupted. Below is an example of that. Where large payments given to corrupt organisations by corrupt government officials are channeled away as corruption within corruption.
The text below is taken from ‘petitions’ of infighting internally occurring within one such corrupt group: The Neo Black Movement of Africa (aka ‘NBM of Africa’ and ‘Black Axe Confraternity’). They are documents which outline payments and government positions allocated as rewards by gangs/cults to perpitrate political thugery, violence, killing and corruption.

PETITION FOR LOST OF CONFIDENCE ON FORMER NATIONAL COUNCIL OF ELDERS CHAIRMAN (OMOLELE)
Sir,
We the dedicated members of Benin zone wishes to expressly state our position on the committee that was constituted at the last NCOE IN Umuhia to look into the various petitions that was submitted to NCOE chairman, that in respect of the said issue we are categorically stating that the committee lacks merit and more so we don’t have confidence on the chairman of the committee Jew name Omelele, for the following reasons:
1) The said chairman of the committee, tried as NCOE chairman then to impose Jew name Henry Omeregie as Head of Benin Zonal when the zonal COE was exercising the process of bringing in a new Head.
2) Omolele has been a party to various petitions that has been emanating from Benin Zone to NCOE right from when he was an NCOE chairman till date by way of inciting, instigating and sponsoring Jew names Kpangoli, fola, Henry Omeregie and co.
3) This same former NCOE chairman has used Benin Zonal status to gain appointment from the state government as a special adviser to the state governor.
4) It’s also amazing that this same man and Dr. Mayor hijacked 60 slots out of the 80 slots allocated to NBM Benin Zone for immediate employment by the state government.
5) We are not satisfy with the educational qualification of this former NCOE chairman, for investigation has reveal that he went to school of health, therefore he was awarded certificate of completion or attendance which does not make him a lord as specified by our constitution.
6) This man spends most of his time in Benin though His family are in port Harcourt, got appointment and work in Benin but does not attend zonal IT’s except when there is crisis, due to his personal attachment to a certain clique in the zone that has been refusing to let the zone move forward.
Our national Head its worthy to note that with the above stated reasons, the Benin zonal members has lost confidence on the committee set up by the NCOE chairman to look into the various petitions and also we don’t have confidence on the chairman (Omolele) of the said committee based on the fact that he is an interested party therefore the committee investigation cum findings will be sentimental and biased which will be inimical to the growth of our great movement in Benin zone.
Sir, as the national Head who is in charge of the day to day running of the movement and for the fact that the NCOE meets quarterly, that is why we want you to please use your highly coveted and revered office to look into this petition so that Benin zone can move forward positively.

Osunde Aigbedo aka  Lord Bizingo. Former Head of the Lagos Zone Neo Black Movement.

Aye Axemen, My distinguished Elders,

In my earlier Application to you in which I sought to serve our great movement in the position of National Head which was titled MY ASPIRATION, I laid the background of what I believed was the root of the degenerating rate of positive values in our Movement and the society in general and how the resultant effects of these societal ills reflects on the level of our social, economic and political development as an organization and a nation. To this end I think it is necessary for us to examine proposals that I have set out for a proactive structural approach to these ills that beset us so that in your evaluation we can together determine our roles in this effort and proffer suggestions to enhance reform. The basic thrust of our intervention will be as follows summarized in a six point agenda; this will assist us to measure and evaluate our efforts as we go along to guarantee efficiency.

• COLLATION OF RELEVANT DATA AND MEMBERSHIP RECERTIFICATION.
• REINVIGORATE EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS AND OFFICES IN THE NATIONAL AND ZONAL EXCO.
• IMPROVE ON INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE AND FISCAL DISCIPLINE
• DEVELOP MASS COMMUNICATION ORGANS.
• STANDARDISE NBM TRADITIONS AND CEREMONIES.
• INVESTMENT IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

COLLATION OF RELEVANT DATA AND MEMBERSHIP RECERTIFICATION
While we collate all data relevant to our history and service for a continuum, we will continue the ongoing recertification exercise by using adequate software for computerization to enable an enduring data base. This process will undergo a continuous process of evaluation to stem the tide of unapproved initiations and condense the list of members to an accessible document and also improve on budget estimates. This will be a focus in our reorientation to abide by movement responsibilities.

REINVIGORATE EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS AND OFFICES IN THE NATIONAL AND ZONAL EXCO.
The national executive Council will operate using working committees attached to the various offices to enhance the performance of our duties. The various offices of the NEXCO and its committees will work in tandem with their complimenting offices in the zones to ensure harmony in policy implementation. We must note that reinvigorating the functions and offices of the NEXCO is a direct recipe to stem the tide of growing indiscipline in the movement. To combat indiscipline leaders must first of all abide by the rule of “leadership by example” to avoid compromise when they carry out their duties. With this rule entrenched in our service pact and procedure we will reduce the menace of indiscipline using established correctional methods.

IMPROVE ON INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE AND FISCAL DISCIPLINE
A responsible organization should be able to generate adequate funds to meet its needs. From our membership data base all Axemen will pay a token annual due as distinct from zonal dues, the framework for redemption of these dues will be worked out with the zones. We will initiate systems to make sure that dues are paid on time and correctional measures for defaulters instituted.
Funds will be generated from the standardization of movement paraphernalia coordinated from a central point administered by the NEXCO for the production and sales of these items. Items like our logo which is registered as a copyright will generate fund through endorsements. We will strive to ensure that the movement is self-sustained without having to rely on handouts to plug financial deficits, but we will encourage personal donations made to the coffers of the movement by individual members or groups that wish to do so. All payments made to the movement must be reflected in our corporate bank account and all expenditures withdrawn from the account must be receipted. The movement financial books must be complete with invoices for approval and other credit and debit books. We will initiate and publish a biannual audit of our financial books and systems to enhance fiscal discipline.

DEVELOP MASS COMMUNICATION ORGANS.
The way we are perceived by the larger society is of paramount importance to the success of our initiated goals and can be used as a parameter to measure our service to the Black race and humanity in general. Our focus will be on external image making which is a function of our internal comportment. Our public relations model will be imparted in the various sublevels of leadership within the movement and styled towards an attitudinal change in the character of individual members through the principle of leadership by example earlier reiterated. This classic model will take cognizance of an adequate curriculum developed to suit the learning capabilities and exposure of different categories of members to mitigate the consequence of the jaundiced processes of the past. Our magazine UHURU and our website http://www.nbmarena.org will be very effective for collation of our activities and also serve as a platform for message dissemination to the larger society. Our public enlightenment model will benefit from the latest technological improvements in the electronic- print media, world- wide web and other social networks.

STANDARDISE NBM TRADITIONS AND CEREMONIES.
Tradition like culture is a way of life, and its uniqueness reflects the originality of its adherents. The names we bear should always serve as a reminder of the labors of heroes past, as a matter of duty we must reflect on these names and the ideals they represent or represented. Our terms and language of internal communication will be reactivated for members to understand its significance, so also our songs or LPS apart from entertainment should serve us as a development tool to introduce our ideals and message to all and sundry who listen to these songs. Where it’s rendered in our native dialect translations are made with the necessary rhymes and melody for effect.

Our exciting brew KOKOMA has indeed been proliferated and abused due to ignorance, the National Chief Priest will be enjoined to ensure standardization of this brew to meet modern concerns on issues of health and packaged adequately as a brew for the initiated.
The movement regalia will be produced from a central point and requisitions made to the organizing body as the need arises. We will continue to improve on our ceremonial attire for other occasions.

Procedures for jollification will be improved and necessary guidelines set out to outline the duties of officials and members during jollifications as standard procedure. Our ceremonies will be enlarged to include major African traditional celebrations like the New Yam festival, Igue festival and others that celebrate the rich cultural heritage and the travails we have surmounted as a people.

INVESTMENT IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.
For all that we have to do as a people and as an organization there must be an understanding of causes and effects. We should be able to analyze situations and proffer solutions as the need arises or as the case may be to ensure compliance with realities. Leading ideas should reflect the general intellectual trend of the times. We should be poised to initiate research into African cultures, traditions, religion, contemporary social paradigms and science as the core for the protection of our values and enable reforms in its application to our way of life for sustainable development. This six point agenda is the result of researches and studies carried out in a bid to understand our problems and effect solutions using the comparative and statistical mode of analysis.

Do note that this six point prescription has taken into consideration all zones including the Diasporas and the Temples on the need for effective internal communication and it is the framework for the actualization of our set goals. As for the strategies for its implementation, on assumption of office if elected, the realities on ground will determine to a large extent our mode of operation having in mind the regimented nature of our organization since we intend to harness human resource and professional capabilities within the movement.

In conclusion I enjoin all of us that to succeed we must take full responsibility for all actions and inactions so that together we will march to our glory and our ideals of enlightenment will not degenerate into a revolution of terror. Regarding our grand norm the Constitution it is my considered view that while review and amendments are continuous, the letters of the law alone cannot propel an organization to great heights; it’s the spirit as executed by the custodians of these laws that make the difference. As I have said before the oath of membership which I took in 1988 and the ideology of the Neo Black Movement of Africa has always motivated my interest to seek for enhancement of the Black man anywhere he may exist to attain the basic freedoms and other fundamentals that guarantee the right to live in peaceful coexistence with other races founded on the principles of justice and equality, this consciousness cannot be legislated. On this promise I derive optimism and faith in my fellow Axemen that together we can change the world using the vehicle of the greatest Black Movement on earth-The Neo Black Movement of Africa. This is my call as I continue to urge that “your support and vote for me will mark the first step on this journey and I assure you that I will not let you down because generally generally the major mark of a man is his ability to stand by his words.”

LONG LIVE THE NEO BLACK MOVEMENT OF AFRICA!!
AYE AXEMEN!!!

I remain your loyal Axeman,

AIGBEDO OSUNDE
