Uraka High Temple Wahala

What is wrong with this picture?

  1. It shows that NBM didn’t withdraw from the university system as a) it claims and b) is required under Nigerian law…. given that it shows Uraka High Temple was formed 7 years ago.

2. It shows that the NBM today are still very much involved in the university system despite a) what it claims and b) what is required under Nigerian law…. given that it shows Uraka High Temple will celebrate it’s 7th year in existence.

Of course publicly this is not what the above picture shows. It shows some renegade bad eggs going against the NBM’s orders. As they are doing in every university across the land.

Privately though it’s soon time for the mother of all jollies at Uraka High Temple.

I dont think it’s in the temple list here…. but FYI Uraka HT = Micheal Otedola College of Education, Epe.

It had some problems at the Jan 2020 Jolly when non-members turned up and robbed the members of their phones and shoes:

Backlash As Student Union Government Offa Federal Polytechnic Presents Merit Award To Cult Groups

Backlash As Student Union Government  Offa Federal Polytechnic Presents Merit Award To Cult Groups

Can you imagine? This one is wonderful, imagine the Student Union Government, SUG  of an institution presenting awards to cult groups on campus?

Anyway, the Student Union Government of Offa Federal Polytechnic led by Comrade Adigun has come under heavy backlash for presenting merit awards to various cult groups.

One wonders what was the essence of such an award? Was it a PR for cult groups or a sincere act of gratitude?

Imagine the awards presented by the Student Union Body? The award presented to Ayes AKA Black AXE on campus was for being the best freedom fighters on campus for the 2019/2020 session.

Then the Supreme Eiye confraternity was given an award for being the most influential cult gang on campus.

While the Buccaneers Confraternity  AKA Alora was awarded for being the finest group on campus.

This one is loud and many respondents have queried the rationale behind such awards to cult gangs.

Please drop your views as regards this worrisome development.

Corner Bam Wahala

Corner Bam = An unofficial initiation into the criminal organisation. Most commonly by the Zonal Head or Forum Coordinator who pockets the cash the initiate pays.

A happening that offten comes back to bite the (questionable) member in the future or used erroneously by other members engaged in power struggles to discredit what are in fact bona fide members.

The Nigerians standing up to sex-work traffickers in Sicily

Source: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-54903790

In the mountains of Sicily a Nigerian woman is leading a battle to help rescue women like herself from a life of forced sex work.

Osas Egbon opened up a shelter for these victims of trafficking on the Italian island in January – the first of its kind created by and for Nigerian women.

She currently has four women in their 20s, one with a baby – and hopes by the end of the year two more will join them.

On a hot September afternoon I drove up to see the shelter in a sleepy village – far away from the island’s capital, Palermo, so the women can be hidden away from those they are escaping.

It is a typical Sicilian village house with a large kitchen, a terrace with views out on to the verdant hills. The women each have their own rooms but share a kitchen and bathroom.

She was given the use of the property by an Italian friend.

Many Italians want to help Nigerian women, she says, but the trouble is that in a time of increasing anti-migrant sentiments, some other Italians do not want them to do so.

I first met Ms Egbon in 2018, three years after she and other Nigerian women had set up the organisation Women of Benin City.

It supports female victims of trafficking in Sicily – the majority of whom come from Nigeria’s Edo state, the capital of which is Benin City.

Ms Egbon was trafficked 18 years ago from her home there to work in forced prostitution.

She managed to pay off her traffickers – and now lives happily with her family in Palermo but she has a steely determination to stop others having to go through the same experience.

She and her friends were prompted to act after the horrific murders in late 2011 and early 2012 of two young Nigerian women.

They were aged just 20 and 22.

The murders shocked people in Sicily and put a spotlight on the harrowing experiences Nigerian women face in forced prostitution.

Such trafficking is not new but the numbers since the so-called migrant crisis began in 2015 have doubled.

According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), in 2016 of the 11,000 Nigerian women registered as landing in Sicily, 80% were trafficked with most ending up in forced prostitution.

After the women arrive, they must start paying their debts back to their traffickers – which can be up to $35,000 (£27,000) – through forced sex work, often leaving them in debt bondage.

In Palermo the women usually end up in the multicultural neighbourhood of Ballarò, where they are forced to work in what are called “connection houses” managed by “mamas”, or they work on the streets.

Before arriving in Italy the women are forced to swear juju oaths – a ritual ceremony overseen by spiritual priests where they promise never to denounce their traffickers to the police, to obey their “mamas” and to fully pay their debts.

The traffickers prey on the women’s spiritual beliefs so they become too afraid to speak up, fearing if they do so harm will come to them or loved ones back home.

For Ms Egbon these oaths are the biggest obstacle to freeing women from the trafficking gangs and a life of exploitation.

Two years ago she and her colleagues were greatly helped in their efforts by the Oba of Benin City, an influential Nigerian traditional leader, when he placed a curse on the traffickers – turning the tables on them.

At the time there were posters in Palermo announcing the news.

Since then Ms Egbon says it has become easier to gain the trust of the women and she has been able to help free many of them.

Women of Benin City runs a drop-in centre, offering advice and, importantly, emotional support, which sets the group apart.

The volunteers there understand the sexual relationships the women form with the traffickers, which also become a means of preventing their escape.

At the shelter, Ms Egbon says she wants to empower the women by giving them access to education – Italian classes and training that may help them get jobs.

She allows the women to stay in the shelter for one year so that they can recover from their traumatic experiences and prepare for their futures.

For Ms Egbon, who has become part-aunty, part-councillor, part-sister to the women, the shelter is a dream come true.

But to keep it open will be hard as she runs on a voluntary basis from donations.

Members of the Nigerian community in Palermo have stepped in to pool their resources together to give what little they can. And churches also play a role in raising money.

From my afternoon at the secret shelter, it was clear the women there felt safe and happy – recovering well from their trauma.

They sat braiding each other’s hair as they listened to Ms Egbon – and looking forward to the dinner to be made from goat’s meat I had brought on special request from Palermo.

Cult gangs on rampage in Edo, kill 20, take control of 3 LGAs

Sat in a comfortable office thousands of miles from the carnage a certain employee of Barking and Dagenham council was actively encouraging this. And why wouldn’t he… his organisation in full control of large areas of the now lawless Edo State.

Source: https://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2020/11/17/cult-gangs-on-rampage-in-edo-kill-20-take-control-of-3-lgas/

No fewer than 20 persons have been killed in battle between cult gangs in Benin,  following the degeneration of the security situation in the Edo State capital.

Three police operatives, including an assistant commissioner of police, who doubles as Benin Area Commander, were also victims of the gun-wielding cult members as they were shot around Upper Sakpoba area of the city while responding to a distress call.

The warring cult groups have literally taken control of about three local government areas, namely, Ikpoba Okha, Egor and Ovia North East, in the southern senatorial district of the state.

Areas such as Upper Sakpoba, 3rd Junction, Three House and St. Saviour, all in Ikpoba Okha local government area are under the control of rival cult groups suspected to be members of Black Axe and Eiye confraternities respectively.

The criminal cult gangs are also said to be in full control of areas like Medical Store Road, Textile Mill Road, and Ogida Quarters in Egor local government area, while Ugbowo, Isiohor and Oluku, in Ovia South local government area were also left out of the turf fight.

Taking advantage of the lax security situation as a result of destruction of police stations and patrol vehicles in the violence that trailed the EndSARs protests, the cult gangs now engaged in free-for-all unhindered fight, using dangerous weapons in broad day light, while residents scampered for safety.

In some occasions, the cult gangs engaged in robbery from one shop to another, following the absence of police operatives who have stayed off the streets since the #EndSARS protests.

It was believed that the security situation was further compounded by the escape of about 2000 inmates from two correctional centres in Benin where there jailbreaks during the violence which followed the EndSARS protest.

The Commissioner of Police in Edo, Johnson Babatunde Kokumo, had attributed the inability of the police to adequately respond to the degenerating security situation to the burning down of three police stations located along Sokponba Road many patrol vehicles in several other parts of the state capital in the violence.

He, however, said that his men were making frantic efforts to restore normalcy to the state.

7 Killed, Many Injured in Delta Cult Clash

Source: https://www.pressreader.com/nigeria/daily-trust/20201118/281968905226112

Seven persons were reportedly killed in cult war within the past three days between rival cult groups in Ughelli, Ughelli North Local Government Area (LGA) of Delta State.

Sources said the rival groups were members of the Black Axe versus the Bucaneers confraternities

A victim of the cult onslaught recounted that the renewed cult war started last Thursday at Afiesere community, where a young man simply identified as Nyerhovwo AKA C.O was attacked and his head smashed with a battle axe, which eyewitnesses had described as a robbery attack by a three-man gang.

The death of the victim said to be a member of ‘Aye’ confraternity allegedly led to a reprisal against ‘Baga’ group, which sparked off an orgy of clashes between the two dreaded cult groups leading to the death of six others with many sustaining life threatening injuries.

It was further gathered that one of the strongman of Aro Baga was murdered along Akpodiete street, while two other victims suspected to be Aye boys were allegedly killed in Ekiugbo and another one killed at Oghenevweta street. Two other victims were shot on Sunday at Ekuigbo. One of them confirmed dead while the second person was rushed to a private hospital where he is currently receiving medical attention.

Though efforts to speak with the state police public relations officer, Onome Onowakpoyeya, were fruitless, a security source from the ‘A’ division police station, Ughelli, while confirming the incident, said as a result of the incident, a total of five other persons had been killed.

Our source further revealed that two brothers suspected to be cult members were attacked and killed in their house close to Ataverhe Junction in Ekiugbo-Ughelli, Delta State.

Our reporter, who visited the scene, took pictures of the suspected cultists, who were also inflicted with severe matchet cue on the head and neck.

Two killed as rival cult groups clash in Imo

Source: https://punchng.com/two-killed-as-rival-cult-groups-clash-in-imo/

TWO persons were killed on Wednesday as two rival cult groups clashed in Umudibia village, Nekede, Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.

The Vikings and Black Axe confraternities were said to have engaged each other in a battles of supremacy, using guns and other weapons in the process.

The clash, which was said to have begun on Tuesday, had caused panic among people in the area as indigenes and other residents in the community scurried to safety.

Though there were speculations that those involved in the clash were some students from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, an official of the institution maintained that no student of the polytechnic was involved in the clash.

Speaking on the incident, a native of Umudibia, who preferred not to be mentioned, stated that both cult groups only resided in the area and not indigenes of Umudibia.

The source, who spoke with one of our correspondents, said, “Those involved in the cult clash are residents of Umudibia; they are not indigenes. Two persons were killed in the clash.

“It was a clash between Vikings and Black Axe. The Vikings cult members were said to have killed one Black Axe member, while the Black Axe members, in retaliation, killed a member of Vikings.”

An official of the institution, Mr. Fidel Onyeneke, told The PUNCH that the polytechnic was not in session, insisting that no student was involved in the clash.

He said, “The incident happened in Umudibia village, Nekede in Owerri West Local Government Area. It involved local-based cultists and has nothing to do with the school (Federal Polytechnic, Nekede).”

Confirming the incident, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Orlando Ikokwu, explained that two persons died during the cult clash.

Understanding The Major Indicators of Human Trafficking

If you wanted to learn about policing/crime would you rather be lectured on the subject by a high ranking police officer. Who after completing his criminology degree sat at a desk and just read about crime. Or by someone who’d been engaged on the streets in the fight against it for for many years?

If you attended a military college would you rather be taught about warfare by an academic who’d, again, only read about war in books or by a veteran who’d actively served in the theatres of battle?

Do you have an interest in understanding the major indicators of human trafficking?

Uche Tobias is the first to confess to people when asked he knows little about it. He just reads about it in books.

Much more fitting to teach about human trafficking would be those with a much deeper understanding in it. Perhaps those with a long standing history of been engaged in the fight against it.

Or perhaps even better still…. Those engaged in it?

The NBM are a criminal organisation who have one or two articles/papers that document they are involved, quite heavily, in this activity.

“There exists an organized crime group. In this case that group is the Neo Black Movement (NBM) / Black Axe (BA). Mr. Alika did not contest that the
NBM is an organized crime group…. evidence shows that the Neo Black Movement is synonymous with the Black Axe, they are one in the same…. They’re involved in drug trafficking, arms trafficking, racketeering, and killing is second nature”

“A Nigerian criminal network named Black Axe…. controlling an extensive network of prostitutes and ordering them ‘on demand’ from Nigeria”

“The Black Axe cult provides an illustrative case study on the idealistic origins of cults and their descent into criminality…. The group, also known as the Neo-Black Movement… was also involved in trafficking women and girls to Italy”

“Black Ax Confraternity…. developed into serious criminal organization… are associated, among other things with activities such as murder, trafficking in human beings”

“Police in Italy have arrested 20 members of a vicious Nigerian organised crime gang… The Black Axe gang is thought to be involved in a number of illegal activities… including prostitution, protection rackets, people smuggling”

Trafficking in human beings – Criminal networks “Aye (also called Neo black movement, or black Ax) are particularly involved in the sexual exploitation of Nigerian women in Europe”

“The Neo Black Movement (NBM)…. maintain that they do not have
connections to Black Axe, however is essentially just a different name that acts as a nominal cover for the Black Axe… involved in a multitude of organized crime ventures such as running prostitution rings, human trafficking”

“Another particularly brutal confraternity is named Black Axe or the Neo-Black Movement of Africa has also taken advantage of the Nigerian-Libyan-Sicilian route…. the traffickers have been targeting younger and younger children in rural areas in order to keep feeding the trade”

“Human traffickers make $150 billion a year in profit…. gangs like the Black Axe are running the whole prostitution pipeline, which brings trafficked women from Nigeria to Italy…. Black Axe/NBM operate on both ends of the trafficking route, but in different ways”

“These potential profits have attracted at least one criminal organizations, the Neo Black Movement (NBM), a Nigerian cultist group also called Black Axe movement, or Aiye…… involved in arsons, markets taxations, drug trafficking and human smuggling”

“cultist groups” (including Black Axe (Aye) and Supreme Eiye Confraternity) are involved in the trafficking process….. it is possible to establish the proximity of individuals involved in trafficking to members”

“Black Ax (the Black Ax in French or Ascia Nera in Italian, hence the title of the book, Ed) , an organization born at the University of Benin City in 1977, but registered in Nigeria under the name of Neo Black Movement….. engaged in kidnapping or buying young girls for placement in brothels in large cities”

“Black Axe or Neo Black Movement members are involved in drug trafficking, human smuggling, prostitution, fraud, money-laundering and murder in countries around the world.”

“Members of the Black Axe have been identified as human traffickers with members in Italy forcing women into prostitution. Black Axe members in Nigeria have also been discovered high jacking minibuses and public transportation and abducting victims.

“Black Axe has spread to 26 countries including Italy, where its recognized by authorities as the Nigerian mafia for running drugs ,human and sex trafficking networks.”

“Over the past two decades, the Black Axe has also built a lucrative business in human trafficking. Working alongside established cartels, Axemen herd Nigerians across the Sahara Desert and Mediterranean Sea into Europe”

“Authorities in Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Malta conducted the international operation, which was directed at two major Nigerian mafia groups. Police accuse the gangs of people-trafficking, drug trafficking, extortion, and prostitution…. two main groups in Italy are the Supreme Eye and the Black Ax”

“he accuses Europe of being a large part of the problem behind human trafficking… Omoruan says it’s Europe that wants cheaper, younger prostitutes… As long as this demand persists, secret groups like Black Axe and others will continue to be successful and make lots of money”

Interpol: Online African Organized Crime from Surface to Dark Web (will download the PDF if you click)
“Black Axe Confraternity… The group is widely believed to be the same as the Neo Black Movement founded in 1977…. involved in prostitution, human trafficking”

Certainly overwhelming evidence that the NBM are (over) qualified to give such a lecture right?

But of course it’d be laughable to the point of been silly to suggest the NBM would actually give a lecture about human trafficking… despite been amongst the best qualified people in the whole world to understand what the major indicators of human trafficking are.

Yet this is exactly what they did……

A lecture entitled: understanding the major indicators of human trafficking.

Seemingly mostly to themselves.

Lots of black & yellow…. that’s what Uche would be inclined to suggest what a major indicator of human trafficking is.

We’ll note the reluctance of NBM Members here in the picture to wear their standard issue berets or baseball caps with ‘NBM’ boldly printed on the front.

Why is that?

This has already been discussed before. Tayo (pictured below 2nd from the left), the organiser of the event and Head of the NBM’s Spain Zone can explain:

The zone has been fully registered though not as NBM AFRICA but as UHURU FOUNDATION, this might sound strange but the underlying issues here is that NBM AFRICA is currently under investigation in Spain and as we speak some of our members are still been followed by the police to see the kind of activities we indulge. As we were advised by our lawyers, that UHURU FOUNDATION should be the reason for our gathering till the investigations are called off only then we can change our name to NBM AFRICA

Which makes perfect sense…. The Uhuru Foundation doing a lecture entitled “understanding the major indicators of human trafficking” is massively less ridiculous than the NBM holding the lecture. If we can erase our memory that Tayo has just explained that’s who they actually are.

Plus… If changing your name means the police wont turn up and raid the proceedings then it’s an added bonus!

Hang on….

A face above looks familiar? The chap in the top photo sat in the middle of the front row. It’s the same chap in the second photo who’s 2nd from the right. I swear I know him from somewhere!

Vo….. it’s not? It is!

It’s Barking and Dagenham Council’s Communications Manager rubbing shoulders with seriously dodgy individuals as usual. Von Edomi of the Uhuru Foundation London.

“Uhuru Foundation London”?

I’m not aware of any such organisation existing and seemingly it doesn’t (at least outside of this event)

So Barking and Dagenham Council’s Communications Manager has turned up and spoke at a lecture on human trafficking, organised by a group infamous for human trafficking (of which he’s a senior member), to a room full of the aforementioned cretins and he’s had to alter the name of the organisation he represents because that organisation are been watched by the police?

That seems to be the long and the short of it.

Following this revelation I certainly see and am understanding the major indicators of human trafficking much much better.

The Nigerian mafias in Italy: Eyie and Black Axe

Eiye and Black Ax: two Nigerian brotherhoods born to regain control of Nigeria from the multinationals that invaded it in the 1960s, have become the two most powerful Nigerian mafias in Italy. Driven by the desire to have a positive impact on the socio-political fabric of Nigeria, in order to free themselves from neo-colonial domination, they now control the trafficking of people, prostitution and drugs on a transnational level.

Their birth

The Supreme Eiye Confraternity (SEC) , also known as “Air Lords” states, on its Facebook page, that it was established in 1963 at the University of Ibadan in the State of Oyo, Nigeria. The purpose of their birth is “to keep African culture alive and to have a positive impact on the socio-political psyche of Nigeria to ensure the complete break from any form of colonial and / or imperial cultural domination”. The UNODC (UN Office On Drugs and Crime) describes the Iye as a “criminal group made up of members of an old secret society turned into a criminal association “.

Similarly, the Black Ax , also called the Neo Black Movement (NBM) began as a fraternity at the University of Benin on July 7, 1977. For the same reasons as Eiye, she believes that the Neo Black Man must begin to “create a better world where racism and Apartheid no longer exist ”. The Black Ax logo is a hatchet that breaks the chains from the wrists of a black man, a symbol of the chains that forced African slaves during colonialism.

The growth of the brotherhoods follows the history of the country. The hatred of neo-colonial control stems from the presence of multinational oil companies which, after the discovery of oil in 1953, have established themselves in Nigeria. These have monopolized the country’s economy, making it quickly dependent on oil profits and, consequently, creating a huge number of unemployed. The dissatisfaction of the population , already protagonist of an exponential demographic growth, broke out in 1983 when there was a military coup. Military leaders realize that brotherhoods are gaining powerand admire their organization. In fact, the brotherhoods have become real organized criminal groups. Both the Black Ax and the Eiye have a specific way of recruiting new members: it is necessary to be a man, to be introduced by a member of the organization, and entry “for life” into the fraternity includes spiritual rites of initiation. These intend to test the ability to suffer and inflict violence in the newcomer.

The markets for sex, drugs and weapons

In Italy, the Eiye is the first Nigerian cultist organization by number of affiliates, followed by the Black Ax. Their arrival can be traced back to the 1980s due to the increase in migrations from Nigeria to Europe and in conjunction with the changing routes of the cocaine trade to Europe and Asia. In the globalized economic system and with a capitalist and liberal tradition, the Nigerian mafias are real economic actors : they control the business of trafficking in human beings, sex slaves, drugs and weapons.

In the 2000s the presence of Nigerian women in the Italian prostitution rings was consolidated for three reasons: the rooting of the Nigerian mafia in the country, the increase in the organization of exploitation mechanisms and the increase in the demand for sex , especially during the economic crisis. . A crucial contradiction characterizes these two criminal organizations: they are driven by pan-Africanism, but they exploit both Nigerian women and men, as well as take advantage of the racism of European white supremacy. In fact, the system of exploitation of prostitution originates in agricultural fields in Southern Italy , where it is known that Nigerian workers are enslaved and easily recruited for drug trafficking, weapons or women.

The Black Ax and the Eiye are in a ‘ cult war ‘, a clan struggle that broke out in 2010 in conjunction with the elections in the state of Edo (where the Black Ax is native). The tensions present in the territory of origin have also reached Italy; the two groups clash for supremacy over the cities and thus control of illegal businesses. The clashes include armed robberies, kidnappings, mutilations, murders in order to prevail over the other clan.

Relations with the local mafia

Their modus operandi is similar to that of our local mafia, they respect a rigid top-down structure based in Nigeria – the “Head” with whom they always maintain close contacts – and a separate one for each country in which they are established. In Italy the Iye is based in Turin while the Black Ax in Verona and from there they control the operating cells present in the national territory; in Southern Italy the Iye is numerically more present in Palermo, while the Black Ax in Naples.

The investigations assessed a great affinity between the organizations and the Cosa Nostra mafia model . In the sentence issued for the Black Ax, as a mafia association, by the GUP of the Court of Palermo in May 2018 it is reported that “it has replicated the organization of a confederate state on a worldwide level . It is in fact endowed with statutes, legislative and executive authorities, judicial bodies and its own law enforcement agencies “.

Nigerian mafia organizations have crept into places less frequented by homegrown mafias, but when the Black Ax started taking over the drug business , controlled by the Camorra, its members immediately threatened the Nigerian pushers. After a violent clash in September 2008, where Camorra affiliates killed six African men, probably associated with the Black Ax, the agreement was not long in coming. If Black Ax had not stolen the Camorra’s clientele and paid the protection money, there would have been no more deaths, indeed they could have collaborated in the import and distribution of drugs. However, this created a drop in the profit of the Black Ax which decided to expand the business of trafficking in sex slaves. In fact, the circulation of profits in the organization happens in this way: the money obtained from sex slavery is invested in the drug business and in the development of other operating cells in the world.

The Eiye and the Black Ax are present throughout Europe, in particular they have been traced to Germany and Spain. In Barcelona, Eiye controls an international women’s market. In addition to trafficking in people, the Catalan police are investigating the illicit importation of fake passports, narcotics and stolen crude oil. The BBC reports that both Eyie and Black Ax members operate in Europe, Africa (North, East and West), South and North America and Asia. Yet their transnational presence is little known and underestimated .

To be able to counter such a large market it is necessary to outline the dynamics of these criminal organizations. In addition, the knowledge of the geopolitics of Nigeria would facilitate the overall analysis of the phenomenon of the Nigerian mafia in Italy as it would allow us to understand effective ways to prevent its advancement. How is it possible that ‘simple’ brotherhoods have become the most powerful Nigerian mafias present on Italian territory? To answer this question it is necessary to study in depth the socio-political situation of the country and at the global level the development of both illegal markets and migration and therefore their transnational expansion. This would be possible in the case of international cooperation, especially by promoting a synergy between Nigeria and Italy.

Bemigho Bites The Dust

I saw a Nigerian news article a few weeks ago where the NBM claimed to have over 3 million members worldwide. It’s significantly less than that.

Certainly much less as we approach the end of Felix Kupa’s tenure as National Head. After all his legacy will be one of rampant de-axation (removal from the NBM) of members.

At least one member still remains though… The infamous Augustus Bemigho-Eyeoyibo. He was of course the National Head immediately prior to Felix Kupa. Nothing can stop him.

I have to confess I took my eye off the ball recently in regards Bemigho. I always saw him as a bit of a small boy (despite his plump physical structure) and quite a low level thief in the grand scheme of things.

Although the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service declared it a great victory to have prosecuted his sister in law and siblings. Although I was happy to see it. I didnt quite agree.

More widespread (Nationwide… if not across the whole of Europe) action is required to dismantle this very dangerous mafia.

When the CPS claimed the prosecution (should the million pounds be recovered) would “play a role in starving a dangerous criminal gang of funds” one has to laugh.

What planet are people on in the UK? This is an organisation that is said to have made profits of 2 billion euros in Italy alone (just from the one activity of human trafficking) in just one year. How then can recovering a million pounds “starve” a criminal organisation such as them.

I wonder about some people…

Anyway… having taken my eyes of Bemigho I was quite surprised to see that he’d recently (2019) attempted to run for political office again in Warri for a member of the House of Assembly.

Obviously having missed this event I was unable to campaign against him again. A campaign that of course in 2015 resulted in him losing miserably.

It seems however my campaigning was unrequired in 2019.

New report after news report were published last year finally calling him out as a (former) mafia kingpin and thief. Which must have either disqualified him from running, made him give up or ensured that he lost miserably… again.

And his misery was far from over.

Step up Felix Kupa.

Remember the cardinal rule that all Axemen are bound by: DO NOT GET CAUGHT.

Everyone in the NBM knew that Bemigho was a 419 scammer engaged in low level money laundering (although for a fair amount of time) but of course, given that most members are, it’s not a reason to de-axe or suspend them.

However as soon as you are caught and your crimes are made public then it’s a significantly different story.

Over to Felix Kupa:

Aye Axemen,

*Notice of Indefinite Suspension*

Sequel to the publications going on as per the alleged involvement of Hon. Bemigho Eyeoyibo in a case of fraud in far away United Kingdom; I, Lord Mokiti Muzuzu do hereby pronounce as follows:

1. That NBM of Africa do not condone acts of criminality.

2. That the constitution of NBM is clear on issues of discipline as regards acts of criminality.

3. That the mention of Bemigho Eyeoyibo’s name in different news media as a leader of Black Axe and his involvement in fraudulent activities is a big embarrassment to NBM of Africa and her responsible members.

4. That Bemigho Eyeoyibo should proceed on indefinite suspension from the movement, pending his ability to prove himself innocent of all charges against him at the crown court in UK and also get clearance from all the necessary law enforcement agencies.

This suspension takes immediate effect, until he is able to fulfil the above mentioned conditions. This pronouncement is to enable him follow up the process of proving that he is innocent of all charges as the punishment for case of criminality by any member of the movement is outright removal as a member.

NBM of Africa is forever committted to fight for justice and equality.

Lord Mokiti Mozuzu,

Head, NBM of Africa, Worldwide.

I’ve written to the CPS to try find out whether or not he’s been extradited (as Felix Kupa’s announcement perhaps indirectly infers) and is about to face trial in UK Crown Court and will update.
