A currency exchange office in Gothenburg is suspected to have washed the mafia drug money.

People with connections to the notorious Nigerian death gang Black Ax must have exchanged over SEK 700,000 in the office.

At the Customs Administration’s strike, around SEK 1.7 million was found in various payrolls.

The case is linked to the major drug case at Gothenburg District Court where 15 people are charged with particularly serious drug smuggling and particularly serious drug crime. Several of the defendants have links to Black Ax, a feared gang originating in Nigeria. The criminal network is described as both a death cult and a mafia and, in addition to drug crime, deals with human trafficking, according to Swedish authorities.

Two of the defendants in the drug case must have exchanged more than SEK 700,000 to the euro at the current exchange office in Gothenburg.

The trio is prosecuted

Now three people with links to the exchange office have been charged with serious money laundering crimes that are alleged to have taken place in 2018.

– This applies both to a representative of the exchange office and to two other persons with connections to the exchange office. My view is that the three together and intentionally have intentionally taken measures that have been aimed at concealing that the money comes from drug crime, ”says Gustav Nyström, chamber prosecutor at the Swedish Crime Agency in Gothenburg, in a statement.

According to the suspicions, the exchange office has distributed around SEK 10 million, sent both domestically and abroad, without checking the origin of the money and thus contributed to organized crime. The trio is therefore also charged with gross nutritional laundering.

Money in maple compartments

The investigation is a collaboration between the Swedish Criminal Authority, the Customs Administration and the Prosecutor’s Office. When the Customs Administration made a strike against the office, approximately SEK 1.7 million was found in various payrolls.

– The SEK 1.7 million is forged to some extent forfeited as an exchange of crimes and to another to be taken into custody in accordance with the Theft Act, says Chamber Prosecutor Gustav Nyström.

The preliminary investigation shows that the authorities have used, among other things, secret telephone interception and scouting.

The suspected trio denies crime.

Black Ax is established in several locations in Europe and has now been seen in Stockholm in addition to Gothenburg. The operations in Europe are based on Sicily where the gang, which collaborates with the mafia Cosa Nostra, established itself in connection with the wave of refugees in 2015.

The gang’s victims have testified, among other things, that they were extorted with the help of voodoo, black magic. The league will also use machetes in the event of violent crimes.

The Ogun State Police Command, on Tuesday intensified efforts against cultists in Ijebu Ode, who have been on a killing spree, with the arrest of several suspects from different parts of the town.

Unconfirmed reports claimed that no fewer than 10 members of both Eiye and Black Axe Confraternities, who had been engaged in a supremacy battle have lost their lives. Some of those killed had parts of their bodies hacked off and taken away as trophies by the killers.

But in an operation, which began on Sunday and might have been led by the Divisional Police Officer of Igbeba, CSP Musiliu Duga, a source told Uhuru Times that many suspects are now in the custody of the law enforcement agency following quality intelligence, which led the police to the cultists’ hideouts at Adefisan, Imoru and Iwesi (off Ibadan Garage) among others.

The source said, “We got quality intelligence from the people and that is why we were able to stop these killings by arresting many of those involved. Without the information provided by the public, there is no way we would have gone this far. It is our prayer that this kind of cooperation between the police and the public will continue because we are not God, Who knows everything.”

Black Axe Cultists Revenge Death of a Member

Source: https://galantmedia.ng/black-axe-cultists-revenge-death-of-a-member-after-1-million-boys-killed-innocent-soul-in-ikorodu/

Igbogbo area of Ikorodu Local Government in Lagos State was thrown into chaos following the brutal murder of a top member of a cult group called Black Axe (Aye Confraternity) by a rival cult group known as Eiye Confraternity on Tuesday, 19th May 2020.

The Eiye Confraternity had on Tuesday night stormed Igbogbo, a community that is said to be the major base of Aye Confraternity in Ikorodu, and succeeded in killing a strong Black Axe man called Nurudeen Apetu, popularly referred to as “Rocker who was said to be a son of the soil as far as Ikorodu is concerned.

Consequently, members of the Aye Confraternity, who were said to be very sad about the murder of their strong member, immediately embarked on a revenge mission, and between yesterday and today, investigation revealed that more than ten people who reportedly belonged to Eiye Confraternity have been killed.

According to an eye witness, who pleaded anonymous for the fear of being attacked, explained that the rival cult group, Aye Confraternity, has since yesterday embarked on a deadly reprisal attacks, moving about both at during the day and at night with guns, axes which they use in killing their perceived opponents.

It would be recalled that about three month ago, it was reported that the unpleasant security situation in Ikorodu where the two rival cult groups, Aye and Eiye Confraternities, engaged in broad daylight sporadic gun shootings and killings of one another over supremacy battle was becoming over bearing.

In addition, some of the Ikorodu residents, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, claimed that not less than fourty (40) killings had been carried out in less than one month in areas like Itunmeko, Itunpate, Kokoro Abu street, Ladega, Laketu street, Isele street, Odogunyan, Oluye street, Luck Fibre, Ijede and others.

The ugly security situation caused by the rivalry between the two dreaded cult groups has over the time continuously made the residents and traders in the area live in perpetual fear.

NBM Terrorism Wahala

It’s true when the NBM of Africa come out out and say that every organisation has it’s “bad eggs”. In the case of the NBM it’s evident that the bag eggs very heavily out number those who could be considered “good eggs”.

Here a ‘good egg’ has taken it upon himself to form the ‘Association for Better NBM of Africa’

Speaking out against the National Head of the time and the practice of government sponsored “terrorism” by members of the NBM and describing the NBM as been involved in “one of the bloodiest” events in Edo State.

Dear National Head,

When the Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole appointed you

As a Special Adviser/Director of Youth and Social Mobilization, several of us were full of optimism and even went to make bold to disabuse the minds of other doubting Thomas who in their opinion conceive the move as bad omen for the Movement.

Our perception should not be regrettable since it was based on the fact that the same patronage was extended to top hierarchy of Eye Confraternity in the State.

If you can recollect your first assignment was to mobilize Youths and ensure that your party win Akoko House of Assembly re-run election from PDP. Fortunately and unfortunately, the said election was between your party and PDP that was contested by an old lord, a former Temple Head ju name Aslem Agabi {Lord Fayinka}even though your excuse for allowing your over 100 tugs and lords from Zones in the East to harass and lay siege to his village house with rounds of ammunitions in the eve of the election was because he was not a due paying lord. We are also aware the same Lord contributed money for several of your programmes when you newly assumed office as the National Head. That election till date is on record as one of the bloodiest in the history of such event in Edo State .

As if this was not enough, you again went and mobilize ayes from Futa Jallon and Ughelli to unleash yet another serious violence in another election in Etsako Central local government. The fortunate experience this time was that the election was purely between two lords and the level of tension was low, but we are aware of the encounter you had with the axe men you brought in from Ughelli and how they almost messed and disgraced you publicly when you refused to pay them for the mission accomplished after the election.

We are also aware the Governor gave you the sum of 5 Million naira as part of the mobilization funds, a racket you and three other lords including a former National Head presented to the Comrade Governor. To our shock and surprise you only gave 5 Thousand naira to the said former National Head.

Your violent involvement in parties politics and elections again reared it’s ugly head last week in the recently concluded ACN primaries in your Constituencies when you were once again openly seen with over 50 lords and thugs shooting and unleashing terror, a situation that showed you and your mercenaries on one side and that of our other brother on the other. Information reaching us has it that you have been more of a bodyguard than friend to the said ju man with your group of lords and temple ayes surrounding your entourage. You openly ordered your troops to embark on sporadic shooting to scare away the supporters of the Lord’s concubine with unbridled impunity.

It is no secret my National Head, that you did not deny the fact that you were openly supporting a ju man against a former National Head ju name Daniel Akhilele in the House Assembly and to make the matter worse you connived with the party leaders to the upturn the result of the said election which had earlier been announced and declared Lord Dan as the winner of the House of Assembly primary in that constituency. If you recollect my NH, our former National Head before coming out to run got your blessing and green light as a party leader and stakeholder in Esan land.  Prominent lords that were in village could not defend and clarify their ignorance of the shameful mission you were out to accomplish in Uromi, Ekpoma and environs.

If we may quote your boss the Governor of Edo State in today Punch news paper page 10, “ … I have always campaigned to our people that election is not war and that the language of democracy is ballot box and ballot paper. I don’t see any justification for anyone to carry guns to an election area”.

In line of the above we wonder if your mission is personal or your boss is only trying to deny you and your cohorts. We shall take the former because we hardly can believe Adam Oshiomhole will encourage internal violence in his party.

To cut the long story short my National Head, the purpose of this letter is to remind you of the time, funds and energy temples, zones, past National Executives and individuals lords have spent to launder the image of the Movement in good

light and your recent actions have only proved otherwise as this has completely gone down the drain and we are now subjects of ridicule by our friends, associates and non participating members we have been trying to bring back to the fore.

What moral justification my Head do you now have to preach peace and non violence to the younger ones in the Temples and Zones like Benin Zone where killing and maiming of lives has become a jamboree ?

Don’t you think, my National Head that nobody has monopoly of violence and one day that the hunter might be hunted down in the cause of any of these terrorist attacks ?,

What happens to the Movement when a National Head is gunned down in a local election?

Where has the brotherhood oath you took during initiation gone?

Why has your appointment made you a hunter of fellow axe men and not the oppressors?

Why has your appointment that would have otherwise unite the Movement creating serious division and thus tearing the Movement apart?

Why for God sake has the good office of the National Head been so dragged to mud by miscreants and thugs you use in your elections?

Why have you performed creditably well to please yourself at the expense of NBM in general ?

Aye my Head please look into these issues and have a re-think.

Long Live our Movement.

Yours faithfully,

Association for Better NBM of Africa .

Nigerian mafia, the terms are about to expire: in Palermo 12 defendants (already sentenced at first instance) hope for release

Of fourteen NBM members arrested in Italy…. Twelve are facing possible release from Italian prison due to the covid-19 emergency. Rules regarding pre-trial detention dictate that (in the likely event) no trial will take place before 21st May they will be released.

Twelve people, already sentenced at first instance on charges of belonging to a clan of the Nigerian mafia in Palermo, risk being released from prison. For the judges of the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Palermo, the stop of the hearings ordered for the coronavirus emergency should also have extended the terms of pre-trial detention . But according to the Review, the emergency caused by Covid-19 does not justify further slips for those in prison. The deadline is set for May 21, two years after the first instance sentence: according to the Court, it was possible to postpone for a month and a half, taking advantage of the suspension, but for the Review it is not possible to suspend the terms.

Twelve alleged bosses arrested in November 2015 in one of the first blitzes of the Palermo DDA and of the Nigerian cult mobile squad are aiming for release: the Black Ax , rooted in the historic district of Ballarò . On May 21, 2018 they were sentenced with the abbreviated rite and now they could return to freedom. On Monday, in fact, the Court will have to decide whether or not to listen to three collaborators of justice indicated by the Prosecutor General, further lengthening the procedural times. The terms expire on May 21st.

The request was presented on March 5 by pm Gaspare Spedale (owner of the original investigation, recently also applied in the appeal) and concerns the hearing of Edos Aghamioghogho (brother of one of the defendants), Francesco Lombardo and Emanuele Cecala or alternatively to acquire the minutes of the interrogations already carried out with the prosecutors. On 30 March, the Court decided to suspend the terms of custody, referring to the period of suspension of judicial activity , initially between 9 March and 15 April, and then extended until 11 May. Decision now canceled by the Review chaired by Judge Antonia Pappalardo, who expressed himself on the appeal lodged by the defender of Evans Osaymwen, sentenced to 4 years and eight months at first instance.

“We contested this decision from the start,” says lawyer Cinzia Pecoraro , defender of one of the defendants, who has yet to conduct his defensive harangue. At the end of 2019, the Court acquitted five people (one convicted of sexual violence ) arrested in the same blitz of 2015 and tried with the ordinary rite: on that occasion, the harassment of the lawyer Pecoraro lasted fourteen hours, divided into two hearings. “On Monday the Court will have to express itself only on the request of the pg and if it were decided to listen to the three collaborators the times would become really long – continues the lawyer – but even without their examination I do not think it is possible to make defensive arguments of several hours wearing the masks, I think we should also postpone for such activities “. “Surely that of release was a feared risk well before the coronavirus emergency,” says lawyer Antonio Bertei, a defendant sentenced to 6 years, instead. In the trial, in addition to the twelve at risk of release, a woman who has already served the sentence and the first repentant of the Nigerian mafia, namely Austine Johnbull , already sentenced definitively in another procedure, are also charged . In these days the Prosecutor General is considering whether or not to withdraw the request for the hearing of the three collaborators and the Court could decide to set close hearings to circumvent the risk of release.

During the weekend in Calabar, Cross River State, a suspected cult leader lost his life due to a battle for supremacy between rival cult groups, Black Axe and KKK.

According to reports, the cult leader, popularly known as Daniel One, D1, was killed on Saturday, close to his home by Fenton Street, Calabar South council area of the state capital.

A source who spoke with Vanguard, disclosed that Daniel was a PDP councillorship candidate in Ward 8 at the suspended Cross River council poll, which was scheduled for the last week of March.

The source said Daniel was trailed by three persons on a tricycle as he was returning home at about 8.00 pm and butchered with machetes.

“His assailants ensured he died on the spot before zooming off, which has been the tradition of cult groups in the city of late to avoid him surviving and coming after them,”

Spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Irene Ugbo, who confirmed the killing, said no arrest has been made.

“Our anti cultism team is aware of the incident and investigations are in progress” said Ugbo.
